The Groupe Beaudet advocates an environment where respect is the basis of the relationship between employer, employees and clients. All forms of intimidation towards our employees will result in an immediate and unequivocal expulsion of our institutions.
For our members a photo will be required in our computer system to be entitled to any form of non transferable package such as memberships & discount card.
One reservation per day for our members. Our members can however play a second round without having reserved in advance.
5 days means Monday to Friday excluding holidays (with the exception of the network membership after 1:00pm which is valid from Sunday to Thursday)
Weekend means Saturday and Sunday and excludes public holidays.
Cart membership is a subscription associated with the golf membership. The cart is therefore not included in the event that the customer is outside the allowed time slots of his membership or in a club to which his subscription would not give him access.
In no event shall an expired promotion or an expired ticket be accepted either directly in the Club or through the head office.
Refund Policy | Subscriptions and loyalty Products
The sale of a membership or a loyalty product is a “final” sale. No refund, exchange or transfer will be accepted once the sale is concluded whether or not the product has been used or even if the season is not open yet. The Groupe Beaudet consents for health reasons only to postpone a membership to the following year. In case it would still be impossible for our member to play the following year always for medical reasons, the Groupe Beaudet will issue a gift card of the value of the portion of the “unused” membership that can then be transferred to another person. These reimbursement or exchange are on a individual bases and must be approved by the administration.
